About The Competition

The HPC-AI Advisory Council, a leading organization for high-performance computing research, outreach and education, announced that the HPC Advisory Council will organize The Seventh Student RDMA Programming Competition starting on May 8 , 2019。

It is designed for undergraduates and graduated students to study RMDA and is also an excellent opportunity for RDMA programming experts to demonstrate their talents. The competition was first held in 2013 which attracted enrollment in more than 20 colleges and universities from across the country. In the last competition held in 2018, it attracted more than 50 colleges and universities to enroll and received wide attention from experts of international high-performance computing, cloud computing, and artificial intelligence.

In this year’s competition, our mission is to: Demonstrate the use of RDMA for HPC applications in a container environment.

 Awards(before tax):

First Prize(1 team): RMB 50, 000 (USD 7, 500),  Certificate of Merit

Second Prize(2 teams): RMB 10,000 (USD 1, 500) for each,  Certificate of Merit

Third Prize(2 teams): RMB 5,000 (USD 750) for each,  Certificate of Merit

Forth Prize(Up to 4 teams): RMB 3,000 (USD 450) for each,  Certificate of Merit
